Emily Strole

Graduated from the Virginia School of Massage in 2004, my studies included Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release and Anatomy and Physiology. Continuing my education with a 200 hour Yoga Teacher training through Integral Yoga Satchidananda Ashram in Yogaville, Virginia. For the past 21 years I have been both practicing Massage Therapy and guiding individual and group Yoga classes, gaining both knowledge and experience of the benefits these modalities have on the CORE of the body. I believe I have a unique approach and my techniques have a therapeutic nature, evolving over the past 21 years into an extremely effective practice. Specifically, I use Myofacial Release, Nueromuscular Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy to soften restrictive fascia. This type of massage work can be productive post-injury, post-surgery, or post-workout, and I have watched my clients benefit greatly from regular treatments. I am very attentive to my clients individual needs and cater each session to find maximum results. My name is Bree Le, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience in holistic bodywork. I graduated from the Virginia School of Massage in 2010, specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Stone Therapy. Committed to lifelong learning, I expanded my expertise with a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher training at Yax Yoga Concepts in Virginia Beach and extensive studies in human anatomy and pathology.

I have always believed in a holistic approach to healing the mind and body, which inspired me to pursue a career in massage therapy. The most rewarding part of my journey is the opportunity to help others feel their best so they can thrive in their daily lives.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and deeply relaxing environment for every client. I am a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate massage therapist with over 10 years of experience in holistic bodywork. My expertise lies in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neurosoma, Craniosacral Therapy, and Swedish Relaxation Massage—each tailored to help relieve pain, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation.

In addition to these core techniques, I have extensive training in a wide range of Eastern and Western modalities, including Abhyanga (Ayurvedic) massage, Acupressure, Sports Massage, Russian Sports Massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Cupping Therapy, Thai Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, and Hydrotherapy.

From the start of my career, I have deeply understood the profound connection between the body, mind, and spirit. My approach is rooted in listening to the fascia and engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to release tension, restrictions, adhesions, and stored trauma.

  • Small Group Yoga Class (75 min) – $15 per person
